Therapist/Director Position

Christian Counseling Ministries (CCM) is a nonprofit counseling ministry serving individuals, couples, and families in the
Green Bay community. We provide professional clinical services while offering clients the option of Christian/spiritually
integrated counseling. We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC – Wisconsin) who feels called to both
clinical work and ministry leadership.

Position Overview

This is a blended Clinical Director / Therapist role.

The selected candidate will:

  • Provide counseling services (target 20–25 clients per week)
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations for ministry
  • Help grow and sustain the practice
  • Transition into long-term leadership (succession opportunity)
    • This role includes overlap with current leadership through approximately Now – May 2027.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin LPC license
  • Experience providing outpatient counseling
  • Comfortable integrating Christian/spiritual counseling upon client request
    • Willingness to learn and be trained in approaches/interventions which support spiritual counseling
  • Leadership mindset and organizational skills
  • Heart for nonprofit ministry work

Compensation & Support

Compensation is based on a 20–25 client per week model. Income projections are available upon request.

Note: Health insurance is not currently provided. Candidates would secure coverage through the Marketplace.
