Panh Nha Song MAC, LPC

Thank you for taking this time to learn more about me. As your therapist, my goal is to help give you the hope and healing you need to reach your goals, to find happiness and to be the best version of yourself. I believe that all individuals regardless of any race, ethnicity, culture, religion, gender, sexual orientation and socio-economic status are created with an equal worth and thus all deserve to be given the help they need. My hope is for us to develop a relationship where you can trust me, be honest with me and feel safe, knowing that I am here to listen, support, and accept you for who you are and will not judge you. I am here to walk alongside with you in your journey to growth and wellness.

A little about my background: I came to the US as a refugee when I was a year old. I am bilingual in Hmong and English. I have over 10 years of experience working in healthcare, a day treatment for adolescents, a homeless shelter, and vocational rehabilitation. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling in 2016 from Lakeland University.

I offer the following treatments customized to individual needs: Cognitive behavioral therapy, brainspotting, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, solution focused and Christian counseling. I believe in taking a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit to reaching your goal.

I treat those with:
Depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, ADHD, autism, identity, grief, OCD, relationships, divorce
Age 12 and up

I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made:
Wonderful are Your works, my soul knows it very well.
